This is a slide show of our kitchen remodel. My husband and I started this project in March of 2008 and just finished it at the end of May. We did all the work ourselves and saved a lot of money, I did the electrical, plumbing, flooring and tiling and my husband designed and made the cabinets, installed the solid surface countertops and sink put in the crown molding, etc.... and we did the rest together. I also put new flooring in the rest of the house except the bedrooms and we painted and put crown molding througout. We also put in a gas fireplace, a pocket door, new trim on all the doors and a new french door. I installed recessed lighting in our family room as well.
