What’s the best way to prevent condensation / mold on concrete walls before remodeling the basement.?

New house, adding 2x4 studded w/blueboard walls to walkout heated basement.
Get yourself a dehumidifier. There's no paint or additive that prevents moisture. Yes for mildew but that only last so long and then what tear the walls down. Keep the food source which is moisture and you won't have mildew,

There are paint additives that prevent mold, and even dry wall made to prevent mold, found at home improvement stores.
